We ask that you err on the side of caution when it comes to deciding whether or not to cancel an appointment. We will not be charging a fee for any cancellations up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the appointment.
Appointments can be cancelled/changed online up to 24 hours before the start time. After that point, please contact our office by email at flowinharmonywellness@gmail.com

Can I get a painless acupuncture therapy if I'm pregnant?
Yes, your acupuncture therapist is trained in preconception, pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum acupuncture, and will adjust your treatment and positioning accordingly. Please make a note when booking your appointment to let us know that you are pregnant, how far along you are, or if you are currently in the preconception stage, so we can make the necessary preparations before you arrive.

Which insurance companies are eligible for direct billing with us?
We accept direct billing with most insurance companies. However, if there are system issues, we will provide a receipt so patients can submit the claim themselves. If you're unsure whether your insurance company supports direct billing, we can submit a predetermination for you.
